SUPPLY ON BOARD THE VESSEL
We provide reliable and efficient Supply on Board the Vessel services to meet the operational and daily requirements of vessels calling at port or anchorage. Our services are arranged in coordination with the vessel’s Master and Owners to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with port and customs regulations.
Provision Supply (Bonded & Non-Bonded)
We arrange supply of ship provisions including:
- Fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, and dairy products
- Dry provisions and frozen items
- Drinking water and bottled water
- Galley stores and consumables
All provisions are sourced from approved suppliers, ensuring quality, hygiene, and compliance with health standards.
Deck, Engine & Cabin Stores
We supply a wide range of vessel stores, including:
- Deck stores and mooring equipment
- Engine room spares and consumables
- Cabin and accommodation supplies
- Cleaning materials and safety items
Supplies are arranged as per vessel requisition and delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Bonded Stores & Consumables
We coordinate supply of bonded items such as:
- Cigarettes and tobacco products
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Slop chests and bonded consumables
All bonded supplies are handled strictly in accordance with customs and port authority regulations.
Spare Parts & Technical Supplies
We assist in arranging delivery of ship spare parts and technical equipment. This includes customs clearance, transportation, and on-board delivery at berth or anchorage, ensuring proper documentation and secure handling.
Launch & On-Board Delivery
Supplies are delivered safely to the vessel either at berth or anchorage using approved transportation and launch services. We ensure proper coordination with port authorities and vessel personnel to avoid delays.
SUPPLY OF NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT
We provide efficient and dependable Supply of Navigation Equipment to support safe vessel operation and compliance with international maritime regulations. All navigation equipment is supplied in accordance with SOLAS, flag state requirements, and Owners’ / Managers’ specifications.
Navigational Instruments, Electronic Navigation Equipment & Devices
We arrange supply of essential navigational equipment, including but not limited to:
- Magnetic and gyro compass accessories
- GPS equipment and accessories
- Radar and ARPA-related components
- Echo sounder and speed log equipment
- AIS units and navigational sensors
- ECDIS equipment and accessories
- ECDIS charts and update services
- Bridge navigation printers, cables, and power accessories
- Backup and spare components for navigation systems
Installation & Technical Support (If Required)
Upon request, we can coordinate:
- Delivery of equipment to approved service providers
- Installation and testing arrangements
- Calibration and functional checks in coordination with technicians
