Our excellent local knowledge and relations with local authorities, embassies and hospitals ensure that we can make the best arrangements for: medical evacuations, doctors’ visits, road ambulance transportation, liaison and follow-up with hospitals or clinics, hotel accommodation, special travel arrangements, visa requirements; repatriation of human remains, and medical escorts, where necessary. Our organization provides Crew Medical Services to safeguard the health, safety, and medical compliance of seafarers serving on board vessels. 

Medical Support for Crew Change

For both joining and signing-off crew, we provide medical clearance and health assistance as required. In cases where a crew member is unwell or injured, we coordinate medical examinations, treatment, and documentation to ensure safe sign-on or sign-off procedures in compliance with port health and immigration requirements.

Emergency Medical Handling

In the event of medical emergencies, we take immediate action by coordinating with the vessel, local medical providers, and relevant authorities. In case of medical emergencies on board or ashore, we provide immediate assistance including:

• Arrangement of emergency hospital admission
• Coordination with vessel Master, Owners, and P&I Club
• Medical evacuation (MEDIVAC) and ambulance services
• Liaison with local hospitals, clinics, and specialists 
• Arrangement of emergency boat service to disembark the crew members from the Anchorage
